Requirements

 

All dogs visiting Spa-K9 for Grooming AND Daycare need to have the following vaccinations:
Bordetella
Rabies
DHLPP
Have a negative fecal exam bi-annually
Please bring documentation with you, or have your veterinarian fax it to us.

 

In the best interest of our guests, vaccination certificates must be presented at the time of their visit. To help ensure a healthy environment each dog;


-Must be on monthly flea and tick prevention

-Must be on monthly heartworm prevention

-Dogs over the age of 6 months must be spayed or neutered

-Newly adopted dogs must stay in the home for a minimum of two weeks

Failure to provide necessary documents will result in rescheduling of your appointment.
